Rossman Kirk, PLLC’s Summer Friday Afternoon Off Policy

Rossman Kirk is pleased to announce that, beginning June 6, 2025, our office will close at 1:00 p.m. every Friday throughout the summer. All non-attorney staff will receive Friday afternoons off with pay through August 29, 2025. Regular business hours will resume on Friday, September 5, 2025.

This policy is a gesture of appreciation for the continued dedication, success and hard work of our team. This policy has roots in personal experience. John Rossman, one of Rossman Kirk’s managing attorneys, had the opportunity to enjoy summer Friday afternoons off early in his legal career, when he and his wife Tracie Rossman – now the director of operations at our firm – worked together at the same law firm. That experience left a lasting impression, and we are proud to bring this tradition to Rossman Kirk for our own team.

As always, the firm remains committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our attorneys and staff will continue to ensure that client needs and time-sensitive matters are addressed, with appropriate planning and coordination.
