Seeking debt collection and litigation attorney! Due to recent growth, Rossman Kirk, PLLC is seeking a licensed Minnesota attorney with at least two (2) years of debt collection or litigation experience to join our team at our offices in Bloomington, MN. Our law firm represents the top companies in the debt collection and financial services industry and we have a robust commercial collection practice. We further represent construction law litigants in resolving disputes through arbitration and in Court. The primary responsibilities for this position will be representing clients in legal collection and other matters including Court/arbitration appearances, depositions, negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, in addition to research and writing legal compliance memoranda. The successful candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, attention to detail and the proven ability to handle multiple cases and matters.
