We are hiring!!!  Due to recent growth, Rossman Kirk, PLLC is seeking a licensed attorney with at least three (3) years of litigation experience to join our team.  We offer flexibility for the successful candidate to choose whether to work remotely, hybrid, or in our offices in Bloomington, MN.  Our law firm represents the top companies in the debt collection and financial services industry in matters involving the FDCPA, FCRA, and related consumer protection laws.  Our firm also represents construction law litigants, and we have a robust commercial collection practice.  The primary responsibilities for this position will be drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, in addition to research and writing legal compliance memoranda.  The successful candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the proven ability to handle multiple cases and matters.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits, monthly bonuses, a friendly office culture, and the opportunity to learn how to build a book of business as part of an entrepreneurial team with a record of success.
